Scribbling

What an eery day!  W has temporarily ceded the presidency to Dick Cheney while Bush undergoes a scan for colon cancer.  Let us hope calm prevails.  I’d rather not ponder the possibilities we’d face should a crisis escalate in a sensitive part of the world, say Iraq, North Korea, the Middle East, Iran, or even New York City.  That ruptured steam pipe could have turned into WWIII while the ship of state was in the bloody hands of the Sith Lord!
